The third session of the Commission on the further improvement of public service system was held in the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
On June10 2010, the third session of the Commission on the further improvement of public service system in the Republic Kazakhstan took place in the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Representatives of Presidential Administration, Prime Minister’s Office, Ministries and departments, academy of Public administration under the President of the RK, National school of a state policy and JSC the «National centre of public service personnel management» took part in the Commission work.
Development of the Concept of new model of public service and the program of development taking into account problems of the Strategic plan for development of Republic Kazakhstan till 2020 became a key theme of the event. Recall that in accordance with the Strategy 2020 the public service reform will focus on its professionalism.
In this regard, the Agency submitted conceptual proposals for the structure and contents of the Concept assigning responsible executives and dates of the performance.
Also, the participants discussed current issues related to improving the order of public service enlistment, civil service personnel management and development system, staff development, etc.
Commission’s work is to be continued.
