Deputy Director of the Department of staffing of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the Territorial Administration of the Agency for Aktobe Region on a working trip
Deputy Director of the Department of staffing Kulzhambekova A.E. visited the Territorial Administration of the Agency for Aktobe Region on curatorial trip from May 31 to June 3 this year.
During the first working day a meeting with the staff of the Agency’s Territorial Administration was held. The meeting discussed the current activities of the Administration; the answers to the questions aroused by the staff were given. In addition, the same day a meeting with the employees of the Regional Centre of public servants training and retraining took place.
An informational seminar was held during the trip to Alginsky District on June 1. About 60 participants including heads of local government bodies, employees of the district’s Akim administration attended the seminar. During the meeting with Kulzhambekova A.E. the government officials were briefed on the pilot projects on the System of annual performance efficiency evaluation of state and local regional executive bodies, city of republican status, the Capital and on two-tier competitive selection of administrative civil servants.
A similar seminar was held on June 2 for heads of regional government bodies, heads of the Akim administrations of districts and personnel service managers as well. In total, over 70 public servants took part in the seminar
In the framework of the meeting with public servants on district and regional level a proposal of regular meeting with the curators of the regions was set forward in order to establish direct response communication and define the problems of the region.
