The representative of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan was elected as a member of the Board of the Association of Fellows of the International Scholarship of the President of Kazakhstan.
Dzhanenova D.T., Deputy Director of the Department of public service staffing, was elected as a member to the Board of the association of Fellows of the “Bolashak” program. Currently, the Board consisting of 16 members includes the graduates of “Bolashak” program of different years.
Recall that “Bolashak” scholarship program is a personal initiative of the Head of the State aimed to promote talented youth to gain high-quality education abroad for further application of gained knowledge and professional experience for the benefit of the state.
The Agency in the framework of current legislation provides assistance to the graduates of “Bolashak” program regarding employment in the public service. For example, the graduates of “Bolashak” program have a right to be enrolled into the candidates pool of administrative public service without any competition.
