The Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a series of meetings with foreign experts in the field of public administration and civil service The Subdepartment for Analysis and Strategic Planning held a series of meetings with foreign experts on the establishment of collaboration in the field of public service.
On 11 June, 2010 Deputy Director of the Department of Staffing of Public Service Dzhanenova D.T. held a meeting with the doctoral student of the Institue for Peace and Security at the University of Hamburg.
In the framework of the meeting the issues of public service system functioning in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the possible directions of its improvement were discussed.
On June 15, 2010 the meeting of the Deputy Chairman A. Shomanov and the international collaboration supervising personnel of the Agency (Dzhanenova D.T., Musagulova A.S.) with the Director of the Department for International Collaboration of the National School of Administration of France (ENA) Mr. F. Bastellique was held.
It should be stressed that under the budget program 006 “Professional training of state officials abroad” the Agency sends a certain number of public servants on training courses to ENA.
During the meeting the opportunities of closer collaboration between the Agency and the National School of Administration of France both in the field of public servants training and providing expert support to the Agency.
On 16 June 2010 2010 the meeting of the Deputy Chairman A. Shomanov and the international collaboration supervising personnel of the Agency (Dzhanenova D.T., Musagulova A.S.) with the Coordinator of the Agency for International Technical Assitance (ADETEF) for Caucasus and Central Asia, General Financial Inspector Mr. A. Beaudon and the Head of Regional ADETEF Office in Kiev Mr. A. Thibault was held.
ADETEF is the state Institute for technical assistance to the development and provides methodological and expert support of reforms undertaken by governmental organizations in different countries on a number of socio-economic trends including the field of public administration and public service.
During the meeting the issues of bilateral collaboration establishment for expert assistance providing in improvement of public service personnel management and other relevant projects.
